Presuming innocence, that You are good at the source of us all, and as one spark or cell just plain good and here to be alive. What is good in a person? First be alive, then explore.
I used to think one explores outward. You know outward into the universe, the world, other places and people through relationships, learning, success, travel and accomplishment and, you know some accumulation. Without discounting any of these wonderful things, it seems these are effects. What you see and experience in the world around and inside emotional and mental spaces and stories we live in and call culture are effects. I am the cause. Each our own cause. I didn’t know this my whole life, but now I get that the direction is reversed from how I learned it. I learned reality was backwards and upside down.
It’s the opposite. The world starts in here. This tiny world, grows and lives outward, just like when we were conceived and first grown. That’s our larval phase. Then, the hungry caterpillar phase, then cocoon. Feels like giving up and death. But it’s just as important as being consumed is as vital to life as being conceived. And it’s when you figure out that you’re not amblilicaled. You don’t grab what you need from the outside, your life produces it and provides from the inside of you like your still a baby in the womb but you’re also the womb. And you can fly. It’s magical. Life is born from each of us from the inside and expressed outward. The opposite of how I believed and practiced before. Each life form is from the inside so we don’t need to try and grasp or grab anything from another cuz we have it already. The fun is connecting offering, receiving. It’s in the intention and the movement. Dynamics sow and show good and all the path towards worse or better is good and a good life. It’s taken a lot of shit for me to learn this. I wish no less for anyone else. We are all here for unique wondrous unforgettable unfolding beauty and straight up strength to endure and enjoy even the total crap. Life is good.
