One Exercise is So vast- with a key unpacked – It’s enough

What are five simple exercises to do at home?

Instead of the church gym

I now do a Bwiti exercise: after allowing the joy of life and appreciation of the moment I have spent some time plumbing in, I turn on that hose and water my inner garden with it, like being outside watching the sun come up, enjoying the fresh breeze on my skin, smelling blossoming, looking forward to fruit and company soon. That’s sorta the heuristic- some of what goes into the simple practice: “Thank Life for another Day to be alive.”

Then it’s spend fifteen minutes with yourself.

To me that means spending fifteen minutes in that inner life, garden thingy where the life that plays this character-me is eternal and unmistakable while this other part of me gets moving and shaken- hopefully prompted by the inner garden or what have you author, authentic, authority I spend time being in, with – alone. Like some mystic said. Meet the beloved in the place where no one ever is.

Beloved-inspiring, eagerness, satisfaction, joy, love.

The fruits of this garden. It grows with human magnificent magical fertile attention, just like any romance by figuring out how to be enjoyed and enjoying.

There are obviously steps. Like for example. If I don’t feel like I am enough, any garden (weed) variety of enough, lovable, cool, strong, beautiful, helpful, good, worthy, then, pick the one that seems truest. Like why would God want to hang with me in an abandoned weedy garden?

Or whatever.

Start there?

What would you do if you wanted to hand out with you?

Sit and pay attention. Some call it prayer if done one way, meditation if done another. Call whatever works after your personal trial and error, halts and stops, failure and bliss moments, whatever you want. It’s your garden. You name the fruit and flowers do what you desire.

It’s there

What do you think?
