      1. Instead of concern about showing yourself, think of how vibrant and appealing your work could be. It’s not the revelations that make people think negatively of you but the honesty you show that they know they are concerned about their lack of honesty.

        Allen Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac were giving a talk at Columbia University in 1958 or ’59. An audience member asked Ginsberg, “What do you mean by naked?” Ginsberg pulled off his sweatshirt and dropped his pants, no underwear, and declared, “This is what I mean by naked!”

    1. Yes I agree with both Alan and Allen. How and when and the journey of it. Just trying to be true and transparent unbiases vulnerable can give you a vulnerability hangover. I need a drink.
